Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
We pack each order with care to ensure it arrives intact. If you have any questions or run into an issue, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Monroe Mushroom Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is delivered to the wrong address due to customer error, we will only reship the order if the original package is returned to us in good condition.
If this condition is not met, a new order must be placed at full cost. No refunds will be issued for shipping address errors.
If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order is handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit. Please refer to your tracking number and contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.
We are also not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer. Ensure your delivery location is secure and accessible.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or failure to retrieve it from the carrier, reshipment is possible only if:

The item is returned in good condition.

The customer pays the additional shipping cost.
If the package is not returned or is damaged upon return, a new order must be placed.
Shipping Limitations
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or outside the United States.
Fresh Mushrooms
We do not ship fresh mushrooms. They are available by pickup only at our downtown Rochester location, or by preorder for pickup at The Windmill on Saturdays. If you plan to visit the market, be sure to place your order in advance to guarantee availability.
Processing Times
During peak periods or special promotions, order processing may take slightly longer than the standard 2–4 business days.
