Mushroom Rub - Dry Seasoning or Spice

This RUB is made with alder-smoked chanterelle mushrooms, blended with a little savoury, a little sweet, and a dash of heat.  Add some sass to your chicken, cauliflower, potatoes, ribs, tofu, salmon, brussel sprouts… anything really. 

- Just rub generously and fry or bake.
- 100g or more per package so lasts a while.
- Excellent mixed with coconut milk or yogurt as a marinade
- Sprinkle on popcorn, salads, eggs, avocado... Big shout out to longtime customer Carol who rims her Ceasars with it!
