Porcini Carnaroli Risotto 250g

This risotto mix consists of Italian Carnaroli rice, porcini mushrooms and various herbs. Carnaroli rice is a more exclusive variant than Arborio rice: it is characterized by the larger grains. This results in a beautiful, creamy risotto!

The risotto is super easy to prepare: add water, finish it off with some olive oil and Parmesan cheese, and voilà, your Italian risotto is ready!
