Truffle Gorgonzola Sauce

The rich and slightly spicy taste of Gorgonzola, combined with the intense aroma of truffles.

How to Use: Ideal for seasoning short pastas, gnocchi, ravioli, tortellini, risottos, glazing vegetables and stuffing crêpes and vol-au-vents.

Store in a cool, dry place.

After opening, store in the refrigerator at +4°/+39°F and consume within 7 days.
